Devon is a co-founder and is our @Work Head Trainer.
After being diagnosed with skin cancer on his face, Devon went through a bout of depression that robbed him of his once natural social ability. Fortunately, he was able to recover stronger than before with the research and implementation of skills within social psychology and human behavior. With these new-found social skills, Devon learned that social behaviors could be formalized, scientifically confirmed, and, most importantly, adopted by anyone.
After years of learning, teaching and helping people with their personal lives, Devon is now Social Fluency’s head @Work instructor. Devon is passionate about imparting advanced social skills within the work place to achieve happier, more productive office workers and company spokespeople.
Fantasha is a Manager and Instructor driving Social Fluency’s Family Fluency R&D
Having been living on her own in the foster care system since the tender age of 13, Fantasha had to teach herself how to navigate through life as a confident and well-balanced individual. Discovering her deep passion for health and wellness, Fantasha became a successful Personal Trainer, acquired various certifications, and built her own successful fitness training company. Realizing her clients’ root of unhealthy lifestyles were attributed to a lack of social skills, Fantasha was attracted to working with Social Fluency.
Fantasha is the proud mother of two joyful, young daughters. When she’s not busy being super mom, she can be found buried underneath a pile of social psychology books. Fantasha has been instrumental in the continuous development of our Women's and Family Fluency courses.
Jordan is our VP of Product and our @Play Head Trainer.
Jordan knows all too well what it is like to grow up as a natural introvert trying to navigate an extrovert-biased world. Being legally classified as a 'giant' at 6"7, Jordan towers over the crowd. Jordan has turned this physical attribute into a secret weapon that only highlights his amazing ability to stand out and shine in absolutely any social situation.
Jordan has studied attraction, relationship management, and every angle of psychology you can name, accruing the skills that have given him the ability to not only create truly effective content, but help our students with the individual roadblocks in their personal journeys to true and lasting confidence.
